Our rivers and mountain lakes, which are simply outstanding, offer during the summer all the pleasures water can offer, with none of the usual disadvantages. In and around Morzine, our rivers and lakes give each and everyone the opportunity to rediscover those wonderful summer experiences. Whether your choice is Lac Leman - a real inland sea only 30 minutes by car from Morzine - or Lake Annecy, Lake Montriond or the Lac des Mines d'Or (these last two only 15 minutes from central Morzine) - they are all havens to be discovered or re-discovered, be it for swimming or fishing.

Fishing permits can be obtained on a daily basis from 1st April onwards, or alternatively 15 day " holiday permits" are available from 1st June to 30th September. For information about permits phone 0033 (0) 450 79 09 63
