Equipment Guide
Essential Equipment:
- Your Bike…
- A high quality helmet (full face recommended for downhillers)
- Body armour: knees, shins, elbows, torso and spine and padded shorts.
- A sturdy pair of flat soled shoes or SPD shoes.
- Spare inner tubes of good quality and a compact pump.
- A compact multi-tool.
- Riding jersey
- Riding shorts with side pockets (for your lift pass).
- Goggles or sunglasses.
- Riding gloves.
- Plenty of spare cash for damages/ drinks.
Recommended Equipment:
- A spare rear mech (these are easily damaged and are very expensive if bought from any of the resort bike shops).
- A spare set of brake pads.
- A Light waterproof.
- A Camelbak: for those thirsty all day rides and as an alternative way to keep your lift pass secure.
